Prepare the Package
Ensure all garments are in original condition, unworn, and with all designer tags still attached before securely sealing them in the original shipping box.
Ship with Prepaid Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Credit
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will issue your store credit or refund minus any applicable restocking fees within 5-7 business days.
